The Annual River Bend Homeowners
Meeting was held on Monday, March 13, 2006, at Builta Elementary. Thank you to the homeowners who were present at the
meeting. The officers from 2005 were re-elected. The 2006 Board of Managers are Ken McConnaughay-President; Jay
Sandercock-Vice President; Sandy Almanza-Secretary; Rich Frachey-Treasurer; and Michael Thompson-Assistant Secretary.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: The annual River Bend Swim Party
will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2006, at the Pelican Harbor from 6:00-8:00 pm. This is a good time for all
families to get together, meet other homeowners and have fun in the pool! Cost is $9.00 for 18 years & up, $8.00
for 2-17 years, and 2 and under are free. Call Amy Beaugard by May 31 at 759-5064.

The next meeting date is scheduled for June 12, 2006 at Panera Bread located
on Boughton Rd., at 7:30 pm.
Board of Managers Meetings held the 2nd Monday each month at 7:30 PM. During the summer
months meetings will be held at an alternate location. Meeting locations will be posted on the web site.
