The Annual Meeting of the River Bend Homeowners Association will be held early next year at Builta School.  The meeting will begin at 7:30 pm.  The meeting notice, proxy and proposed 2006 Budget are all being mailed to each homeowner soon.  If anyone wishes to run for a position on the Board of Managers they should cotact a board member to have their name placed on the ballot.  Nominations will be taken from the floor during the meeting.  The proposed 2006 Budget will be posted here also.

Dear Homeowner:

 

The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting will be held on Monday, February 28, 2005 at  Builta Elementary, 1835 Apple Valley Road, Bolingbrook.  The meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.  The agenda will include the election of the 2005 Board of Managers, adoption of the 2005 Budget, and approval of the annual assessment.

 

If you cannot attend the meeting, please give a neighbor your proxy.  A list of residents interested in running for the Board of Managers will be posted on the web site located at rbcommunity.tripod.com/ and mailed out to all River Bend Homeowners prior to February 28, 2005.

 

If you are interested in running for the Board, contact  one of the current Board members shown below by February 1.

as the attorney and proxy of the undersigned with full power of substitution for and in the name

 

of the undersigned to represent the undersigned at the annual meeting of the River Bend

 

Homeowners Association  to be held at Builta Elementary on March 13, 2006, at 7:30 p.m.,

 

and at any adjournments thereof, and to vote the interest in the said corporation of the

 

undersigned upon any and all matters as may come before said meeting, as fully as the

 

undersigned might or could do if personally present.

 

All prior proxies given by the undersigned for said meeting or vote are hereby canceled.
